This happens because of this bizarre political system we have in Lakewood. It's hard to have put your whole working life, which I started late because I was in BMG until 41, in an organization believing that if you solve all its problems, and I mean all, I even have a plan to build roads using the school laws, but most particularly, tame seize its holy grail, you would move up, but instead, to find that you are resented by corporate leadership and retaliated for stepping onto their turf. I am entitled to exercise my First Amendment right to petition the government to fix the funding formula without retaliation. I resent the BOE for retaliating against and am entitled to get back my summer school job, my after school job, my extra class and guess what, a promotion. You bet I have an attitude and sense of entitlement. How do you justify not publishing the story? You should not be called out on it? Shouldn't people know that your outlet is biased, nay, puts other considerations above journalistic excellence?" They replied, "Your attitude and entitlement-filled responses should give you a clue as to why we didn’t publish it." I guess because they think I am a chump to allow continue the litigation without pay. The Lakewood court case story is national news." TLS replied, "We generally don’t post things sent out all over." After forwarding to others, TLS emailed me, "So now publicly shaming a Jewish outlet is okay with you, because we chose not to publish it? That’s a low play and you definitely lost all respect you had left." I am not sure why I lost respect beforehand. Maybe there simply was not enough room for the story on the TLS website given all the important local matters. Inzelbuch, at no cost to the district, went down to Offices of Administrative Law in Mercerville."Īfter the appellate victory I wrote an email to several people, "TLS would take my press release. formulate a question in court today, Judge Susan Scarola (OAL Mercerville) used the words 'ponzi scheme' to describe the state loans to the Lakewood School District, Attorney Inzelbuch stated in a court-side video. "In an apparent attempt to help Arthur Lang, Esq. TLS did not report my victory in the Appellate Division, or any other articles during which I have been covered about over a dozen times by the APP, five times by NJ.com, by Politico, NJ Spotlight, but TLS did show some interest in reporting that Judge Scarola helped me out in court. On social media some made memes showing the palestinian map of the middle east missing Israel and a map of lakewood without BMG. Rav Shneur Kotler who built up the Lakewood yeshiva was not on the list. Here are some recent posts about the Yahrtzeits of other Tzadikim". They wrote " A couple non-resourceful and/or hateful readers also claimed we don’t cover other Yahrtzeits. Responding to the criticism on twitter TLS did not mention the yahrzeit of Rav Shneur but instead posted other yahrzeits that it has covered in the past. As today gimmel Tamuz is the Yahrzeit of Rav Shneur Kotler zatzal there was no mention of that either, as of this morning, while tls dedicated a full post (Possibly a paid ad) to the yahrzeit of the Lubavitcher rebbe. A car fire in BMG parking lot yesterday was reported to have happened on Clifton Avenue with no mention of BMG. Calling itself once the heartbeat of the lakewood community it did not report or have a single mention about the Adirei hatorah event that was attended by 27,000 people mostly Lakewood residents, not one word not a report, or any photos. The Lakewood scoop website came under intense criticism from residents in shuls after davening and all over social media as it continues its campaign of ignoring anything associated with the Lakewood yeshiva Beth Medrash Govoha.
